NDH Fish Masala can be used for preparing a variety of fresh water and sea water fishes. It can be used with a wide range of traditional and innovative recipes.
STEPS OF COOKING
1. To cook 500 gms. of Fish.
2. Grind to fine paste 2 onions.
3.Mix with 1 tsp NDH Ginger/Garlic powder.
4.Add salt and 4 tbsp strained curd.
5.Marinate cleaned and cut Fish pieces with mixture.
6. Keep for 2 hrs. Heat 4 tbsp oil, fry till crisp 2 sliced onions.
7. Add marinated Fish, 3 tsp NDH Fish Masala.
8.Stir for 5 mins & Add 2 cups water.
9.Pressure cook for 10 mins in low flame .
