SmartDoko Membership Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

A. Introduction and Acceptance

SmartDoko Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SmartDoko”) provides a Membership Rewards Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) to encourage customer engagement and loyalty. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Program and constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer (“Member” or “User”) and SmartDoko.

Participation in the Program shall be deemed as the Member’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Use of the website and application, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

B. Program Overview

SmartDoko provides reward points to Members for engaging in qualifying activities including, but not limited to:

Purchasing products via the SmartDoko website or mobile application;

Referring friends or family members;

Participating in promotional campaigns offering bonus points;

Earning additional points through celebrity-endorsed promotions.

Points accumulated may be redeemed to purchase products, excluding delivery charges which must be borne by the customer. Reward points shall not accrue from mobile recharge transactions.

C. Program Eligibility

To be eligible for participation, individuals must:

Register and create a verified account on SmartDoko’s platform;

Agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Membership is open globally, but delivery of physical goods is strictly limited to addresses within the territory of Nepal.

D. Earning and Redemption of Points

Upon registration and commencement of purchases, Members will accumulate points based on the following structure:

Earn 1% of the total purchase value in points, where 1 point equals 0.5% in monetary terms.

E. Redemption Process:

Members may redeem points through the “Members Reward” section in their user account;

Items eligible for redemption must fall within the available point balance;

Only delivery charges, based on location, will be payable in cash or through supported payment channels.

F. Refunds and Exchanges

Products acquired through redemption of points shall be eligible for exchange only in the event of damage or defect, provided SmartDoko is notified on the same day of delivery.

G. Program Duration and Amendments

The Program shall continue until terminated, modified, or replaced by SmartDoko at its sole discretion. SmartDoko reserves the right to:

Amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Program at any time;

Alter reward structures, point values, or redemption policies without prior notice.

It is the Member’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

H. Termination and Suspension of Membership

SmartDoko retains the right to suspend or terminate a Member’s participation without notice if:

The Member is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions;

The Member engages in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive conduct;

SmartDoko suspects tampering or interference with Program integrity.

All decisions made by SmartDoko regarding termination shall be final and binding.

I. Limitation of Liability and Release

By participating in the Program, Members hereby release and discharge SmartDoko, its affiliates, employees, directors, agents, partners, and contractors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, or claims arising from or related to the Program or any use of rewards, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death.

J. Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless SmartDoko and its agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach by the Member of these Terms and Conditions or violation of applicable law.
