When you have selected a product you are interested in, you can check the shipping rate by using the Shipping function located beneath the Buy button. Enter your location and then you will get the shipping methods that reach your location, with the corresponding shipping rate.
 

For some reason we only deliver product inside Kathmandu valley. If payments are made in advance then we can provide the product with additional delivery charges as delivery charges are free inside Kathmandu.

We accept the following modes of payment:

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Onsite Card Payment (Available Soon)
  • E-Sewa
  • Visa and MasterCard Payment Through Payment Gateway 

COD refers to Cash on Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card for your online shopping. SmartDoko offers their customers an option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep.

Just place your order and make cash payment to our delivery partner upon the delivery of your item.

Yes, the delivery person will be carrying a card machine with him. The customer can choose the mode of payment according to their convenience. The Card On Delivery will be applicable only in Kathmandu Valley.

If your money has not reached us, it will surely be refunded back to your account.

You are only liable to pay for the delivery charges. The payment for product will be deducted from your points.

This Program will prolong until concluded, suspended, modified, or converted to another rewards program by SmartDoko.

To be eligible of SmartDoko’s “Members Reward”, you must sign up and create an account in SmartDoko web page. The members all over the world can register but the products will be delivered only in Nepal.

Once customers enroll themselves to become a member and starts purchasing the product, they can instigate racking up the members point. Customer receives 1% of Total Value in Points System, which is equal to 0.5% in monetary value. To redeem your Points, simply click to the “members reward” section which will be in my points. Once it’s clicked it will divert the customer to next page where they can add any items within their point value to their doko, and click the “Checkout” button. Continue through the checkout process. When you get to the Payment Information section, the customer needs to make a payment of only the delivery charges depending on the area.

No, points will not be awarded to customer who purchases the gift card but will do to the customer who pays by the gift card. 

Gift Cards can be purchased online at https://smartdoko.com/search?sort=lprice&q=gift%20card. Cards are available in a variety of denominations from Rs.500 to Rs.25, 000. You cannot use a gift card to purchase a Gift Card. The gift card is non-returnable and non-refundable. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

There is no delivery charge when ordering Gift Cards inside Kathmandu Valley. 

If an order is placed before 12:00 PM the delivery inside Kathmandu Valley will be done on the same day.

When SmartDoko team comes to deliver the ordered product, gift card can be used as a mode of payment

Gift card can only be used once. Customers will not get cash back for remaining amount left in the gift card. Customers can always add the product and pay extra cash if it exceeds the gift voucher amount. 

It is possible to purchase more than value of the gift card. The payment for the remaining amount can be made by cash or card on delivery. 

No, gift card will not get replaced or reimbursed. 

Gift card will be invalid and will not be replaced or reimbursed once it expires.

No, Gift card cannot be used with any other promotion or coupon code.

No Service fees are charged in connection with SmartDoko gift cards.

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link that has been sent in your email. You will also be able to get an update from your purchase history by clicking on your order code. 

We'll send you an email and phone call from a customer executive to confirm your order. You can also check your purchase history page and Click 'your reference code' to view your orders.

The different statuses on Purchase History are:
Processing: Your order is processed
In transit: Your item has been handed over to the courier
Delivered: Your item has been delivered
Unable to Deliver will try again: The delivery person could not get the product delivered will try again
Unable to deliver: The item is returned to SmartDoko by the courier as undelivered
Transaction Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled

Please do call us to inform if the delivery address needs to be changed in advance before the product is dispatched.  

The customer needs to sign good receive note once they receive ordered product to assure received product is in good condition. The person can check the product to be assured that the product is ok.

SmartDoko Private Limited offers regular and express delivery options available in Kathmandu - Inside Ring Road, Golfutar, Mandhikatar, Budhanilkantha, Kapan, Bauddha, Jorpati, Gokarna, Lokanthali, Purano Sinamangal, Thimi, Bhaktapur, Banepa, Dhulikhel, Balkumari, Imadol, Hattiban, Harisiddhi, Godavari, Bhainsipati, Nakhu, Baghdol, Chobar, Kirtipur, Satungal, Thankot, Chandragiri, Sita Paila, Ramkot, Balajutar, Siddhitol, Hiledol, Dhapasi, Tokha, Butwal, Itahari, Dharan, Biratnagar, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj and Pokhara.

The goods will be dispatched within the same business day if ordered before 9:00 AM on Sunday - Friday. The order made after that will be delivered on next day. The goods for outside valley will be delivered within 3 - days. The order made after 9:00 AM on Friday will be delivered by Sunday. No Deliveries will take place on Saturday or public holiday.

If a mobile number is provided customer will receive a call from SmartDoko customer executive stating the situation of delivery and the mode of payment. This will also be confirmed by email. 
 

We post all deliveries to the address you provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. Where the address you have provided is not 100% correct, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to provide any kind of further processing. To rearrange the parcel for the delivery customer will be charged Rs. 100. If the address provided is correct please feel free to contact our customer service number 9801013311.

SmartDoko does not provide refunds but we will exchange the product within 3 days.  In case the product is physically damaged or a certain part is missing while the product is delivered please inform us within 24 hours for it to be replaced. Customers cannot cancel their order so please make up your mind before ordering any product from SmartDoko.
